i never had acne as a teenager…then i went to college and i started to get it…im 22 now and i still have acne. could there be some underlying cause to this??
its not severe, its just annoying because as an adult, i have plenty of things to worry about and i dont want my skin to be one of them.
any suggestions as to how to help my skin clear up a bit?? i was my face daily with a salicylic acid face wash. it helps to clear up the acne i have, but it doesnt prevent more acne from coming!!!
i tried proactive and it did nothing for me.
i am a older woman in my 60’s and i am noticing more acne . they are under the skin and tend to not come to a head they just stay red and sore .what do you use that a good over the counter product.or even a home product any advice would help. I tried toothpaste that doesn’t help. thanks in advice.

I am 20 years old and still really bad acne. I have blemishes all over my face. The type of acne i usually get are the nodules(cystic type). Does anyone know of a really good over the counter medication besides proactive that will help. I also pick at my face, which makes it worse, but i can’t stop. Any suggestions? Oh and i can’t go to a dermatologist because i do not have health insurance and cannot afford it.
I have always been good about cleansing, and stopped because i got sick of going to the bathroom 4-5 times a day. shortly thereafter, i started getting acne. it won’t go away no matter what I do. Should I start cleansing again?
