i also have a shower wash and i have been taking hair,skin, and nails vietemins

is there something i should change in my diet?
i heard something about Milk causing the cystic acne.
so i have slowed down on the milk.
is there anything else i can do?
and is this a effective procedure?

My doctor suggested I try using Liqui D3 topically on my cystic acne. I was just curious if anyone else has tried this and if so, how well did it work?

I know its under the skin…

but are there other signs so i don.t confuse it w/ regular white heads?
Are there major differences?

I was wondering what do you do about cystic acne? You name it I’ve had it or done it but I still don’t know what the best action is. I’ve had cystic acne that just would not go away (weeks and weeks) and so i squeezed really hard and emptied all of the contents inside and they went away but some would refill and come back. Other instances i just left it alone and it went away. What do I do about the ones that just wont go away? is there anything topical that could help?

I have had acne for a long time but mostly postules. In the last 2 months and especially in the last 2 weeks, I’ve been getting cystic acne! More cystic than I’ve had in the last 7 years; does anyone know why? I feel like it should be getting better… I have a better diet than I used to with less acne aggrivating foods, I am starting the fourth month of a birth control pill that is meant to clear acne and I’ve been using dermatologist creams. Whats going on?

I have bee taking Accutane for 7 weeks and my acne is horrible and hard to get rid of any advice PLEASE?
