I’ve tried a lot of creams but the acne still come back and some times it multiplies when I use certain cream. I drink nothing but water. What cream works the best?

I’m 31 weeks now and have had horrible acne my entire pregnancy. It seems i’ve tried almost everything to get rid of the break outs and brown spots on my skin. I have never had acne before in my life, in fact ! used to have beautiful skin! It is so bad that i want to ware a paper bag over my head!
