swallowed some neutrogena (acne cream) and threw up a little and have a head ahce, is this serious?

i had some neutrogena (acne cream) below my lip and i absent mindenly was licking my chin you know, then i notice i was tasting it. i spit it out but i think i still swallowed a little… i threw up a little in my mouth and have a head ahce.

will my body take care of it itself or should i contact "poison control" like it says, i barely swallowed any btw.

Acne face cream and washing my face later–negating the effects?

So, in the morning after I take my shower, I dry off then put on my acne face cream that the dermatologist prescribed. But I workout in the afternoon (4-5 hours later) and I usually take a shower after since I get all sweaty and gross. Am I washing off my acne face cream when I take that shower in the afternoon? Like am I just negating the acne cream of it doing its job? Or is 4-5 hours later enough time for it to not matter.
