I m suffering from rosacea since 1 and 1/2 year and acne since 7 years but after treatment acne is under control but rosacea is my main problen today.my docter suggest me metrogel but with this gel i m not comfortable ,my skin becomes dull and give bad look after using it.i am going to marry but because of this bad look, i am very depressed please suggest me a good medicine ,which can cure my problem.

Ok so right now i am 14 weeks pregnant and i wouldn’t say i hav acne..but i do hav little breakouts right now. There are certain things pregnant girls cant take bc it could affect their baby. Does any 1 know what is the best kind of acne medicine during pregnancy??

I went to the doctor today and got diagnosed with rosacea, on the medicine i got its says the sun is one of the triggers of rosacea. Should I stay out the sun forever? Or can I still go out in the sun as long as I take my medication? This also foes for working ou also, they say they may trigger rosacea also.

My cheeks are red/blush because i’ve been diagnosed with mild rosacea. I am a guy and know nothing about cover up or makeup, but was wondering if anyone could tell me if there’s some type of cream i could just use on the blush area to cover it up a little. I really don’t and won’t use any type of makeup that requires a brush. I just feel weird doing that.

Also, if anyone has had any luck with using a medicine to reduce the redness that would also be very helpful.

I dont know why, but I have been breaking out in acne on my back shoulders and neck and it keeps getting worse.
How can I eliminate it and prevent it from coming back?
What caused it? I take birth control, so shouldnt it go away?
Could prednisone cause it? I just got off that medicine though.

I have acne scars that are disgusting. First, they are not too severe but noticeable enough to be gross. Will they go away naturally? In order to speed up the process, I have been rubbing ice cubes on my face, and putting on a daily honey mask for about 45 minutes (to supplement my night face mask of prescribed medicine as well as antibiotics). Will natural cures work, and if so, how long will they take to reduce or remove the scars. If possible, tell me other natural solutions for reduction as well. thank you.

Such as xanthan gum or any other ingredient that contains processed gluten (msg). It seems EVERY acne medicine I’ve ever come across has something bad in it. I’m looking for a cream that doesn’t have gums, starches, or anything derived from corn or soy. That is free from processed gluten. I need a good antibiotic cream, but they all seem to have something bad in them.

I was diagnosed with Lupus in March and have been very sick. I have had symptoms though for 7 years. Recently I have started having whiteheads all over my face that re-occur all day and over a dozen spots of cystic acne on my jawline, neck and chin. The cystic acne takes at least 2 weeks for each lesion to go away, but by that time there are several new ones. It is painful and ruining my skin. I saw another post on here that said they did not think Lupus had any relation to the cystic acne problem, but I am sure it does. I have never had acne like this in all my life, and whiteheads are an over abundance of white cells which makes sense because of the immune system issues with Lupus. I have tried all home remedies and over the counter meds and nothing is even touching this. Is there a very good prescription medicine for cystic acne that works with Lupus and does not have a bunch of ugly side effects,& that is not steroid based as I cannot take those? I am 27 and have mild rosacea that just developed over the last couple of years. Does any of you have it? I am trying different kinds of makeup to see which covers it better, doesn’t irratate it, etc. Do you have any suggestions or have found anything (makeup, medicine, cleansers, etc.) that work for you?

I have cystic acne and large pores. my derm prescribed me BenzaClin which doesnt seem to be helping. Is there any other medicine over the counter or prescription that is made for cystic acne that will help clear it up. i have suffereed for years and nothing really seems to work.
