Well,
I have three pimples. Not ordinary ones, but the ones that are deep in the skin, are BIG, are red, and hurt to the touch. One is one my chin, the other one is on the side of my nose near my eye and the other one is on my forhead.
I need to know how I can get rid of them. It doesn’t have to be right away, but it would be nice if I could have them gone by Monday. My questions are:
- How are they caused?
- How do I get them to go away? (vanish them)
- Do I have to go out and buy a certain thing that can help them ( not pimple cream) ?
- Are there any home remedies that work really effectively?
And by the way I have Proactiv, and I know it works because I tried it last year and ordered it again, but it isn’t going to be here in like a week, soo…
By the way I have had acne like all my life and these are gross. I just want to know how these big undergrounders are caused.
I have moderate acne on my forehead and I get some random pimples in other places on my face, but not as badly.
I’d really like to get a lotion that is oil free and I can get in most stores. I don’t want it to clog my pores or be too expensive.
If there’s anything out there like that, that will help smooth and moisturize my skin, it would be really great if you could tell me what it is.
And please-don’t say Oil of Olay. I’ve tried it, and it doesn’t work with my skin.
Thankyou so much for your help
I’m not asking for a cleanser-just an under moisturizer for my face. Thankyou
I always get at least 2-3 pimples per wk. But ever since I started using this cream from avon..for about 2 wks now..I haven’t gotten 1 single acne…I was amazed by how much smoother my skin looked. I bought this product as antiaging cream but now I dont know if the acne problem is going away by coincidence. do anyone have the same acne prob and the cream got rid of the pimples?
please i have soft skin but their used to be acne and it looks as if i have pimples but its just the mark of it and it never goes away does any cream work for it??
I couldn’t take it I applied moisterizer and it’s helped a littile but what should I do to repair the damage I’ve probably done to my face also an alternative solution for pimples? thanks in advance
I’ve had these red blotches since I was in elementary school (now in high school). I do have a bit of acne, but I cleanse my face twice everyday with Clean & Clear, and sometimes put moisturizer on. My skin is slightly oily, but it’s mostly on my nose and forehead. I wash my hair everyday, if that matters, and I try to change my pillowcase as often as I can. I also clip my bangs to the side when I sleep, but these red blotches seem to never go away. The only things I pop are whiteheads, which don’t show up frequently.
I heard rosacea could be it, but from what I’ve researched, I don’t think I actually have it. Whatever’s causing it, it only appears on my cheeks. I do love spicy foods, but I control myself. The last time I went to a dermatologist was when my forehead was breaking out. My parents asked him to check my face to see if I could prevent pimples, because everything below my forehead was pretty much flawless, besides the red veins. He never said anything about them.
Are there any products that could help minimize, or even diminish these red blotches on my face? School is starting soon, and I feel really insecure about them.
Here’s a picture of my cheek:

I am asian, if that matters. I read that caucasians were more likely to have rosacea, and that ethnicities can contribute a bit to skin types.
Please answer if you can, and thanks in advance
I apologize for such a long description.
Obviously, a dermatologist’s diagnosis would be the only sure way to tell, but I have just recently had some red spots come up on my face. I do not have acne, and these spots are red, blotchy, slightly itchy, and I have little bitty bumps, very small and unlike pimples; more like a rash. I have noticed them on my forehead between my eyebrows and down the bridge of my nose, around my t-zone on either side of my nose, and a few blotchy spots surrounding my mouth. The only thing I know of that may have brought this on would be a visit to a tanning bed, which has never brought on anything like this before. I just turned 31, it seems to me like I’m a prime candidate, as I’m the right age and fair skinned. If this is the case, what can I do? I started using Clinique’s Redness treatment for daily face care, but it’s killing me; I’m also oily skinned, and my oil has increased since I stopped using salicylic acid face products, and started using the Redness relief stuff. Help!!
I only have pimples or rather just red painful bumps around my mouth… nothing helps. one dermatologist said it might be rosacea and gave me metrogel and it doesnt work, i am not so sure its that… i think i might have irritation to smth, could it be toothpaste? what else can it be and how can i make this heal?? it’s soo painful to talk and even smile because these bumps/pimples are right around my mouth. thanks!
my cheeks were always flushed and people thought i wore blush since i was like ten but recently my skin has become redder and you can see dots that look like pimples but its not. and my skin is grainy so i use face scrubs and it makes it soft but my skin still looks blotchy uneven and i even have some veins under my nose. i went to the dermatologist but he was a complete jerk and in thirty seconds said it was acne and prescribed something but it just aggravated it. almost anything makes my skin too dry and i get red flare ups. i dont get it EVERYONE in my family has PERFECT skin, no acne, sun spots, pores and my skin is all messed up. also im 19 and latino (mixed indian, spanish, and french) and i thought it only occurred to older anglo people…i am light skinned and burn then tan but not light enough to look anglo so im kind of confused…what do you all think?
i have clearasil daily face wash for acne
im starting to get pimples on my chest and back..i’m wondering if i can use the face wash on the pimples on my chest and back to help clear them..is this a good idea?
